This Brie And Cheddar Grilled Cheese is one of the best comfort food there is. I must make this recipe once a month when I feel lazy and when I feel like eating something good in front of the television. You can you use pretty much any cheese for this recipe, but I have a little something for Brie and Aged Cheddar. It just works. And the same thing applies for the bread. You can use any kind of bread you want. Let me know in the comments below what cheese and bread you guys prefer for the perfect Grilled Cheese.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.

Spread the outer side of each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon butter.
