Directions
I find this Shrimp And Avocado Salad With Goddess Dressing really delicious. It’s inspired by a Cobb salad, but it is served with a Goddess Dressing. Indeed, the original Cobb salad is typically made with chopped salad greens, tomato, crisp bacon, boiled, grilled or roasted chicken breast, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, chives, Roquefort cheese, and red-wine vinaigrette. In this version I only kept the eggs, avocados and replaced the chicken by some shrimps. If you have another version of this kind of salad, let me know in the comments below.
