Pie Filling

Make the filling by stirring together all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the filling into the baked crust. let it cook in the over for about 50-60 minutes or until the filling is just set. Cool the pie on a rack to room temperature, a few hours. Slice or refrigerate until ready to serve.
