Who knew you could eat avocados for breakfast. I’ve discovered this unusual (for me) meal on a business trip in California. Apparently those are very popular in this state. I was late to a meeting and I had to grab something quick. Hence, I ordered those toast and god I made a good choice. I’m so happy I discovered this new meal. It’s smooth and creamy and it’s something different for a morning meal. It’s just good to have something new to eat in the morning. If you never had those, try this Avocado And Chili Toast recipe! Scoop the flesh out of the avocado shells and place in a bowl.

Add lemon juice and salt and pepper. Mash well with a fork. Set aside.
