Poke bowls are getting more and more popular in North America. This is one of the main dishes of Native Hawaiian cuisine. This dish mainly contains diced raw fish served as either an appetizer or as a main course. I’ve tried this Tuna Poke Bowl for the first time a couple of months ago and I fell in love with this dish. I though I would post the recipe that I use when I have a poke bowl craving. I sometimes add cucumbers and edamame in this recipe.
